Getting started with SAM means customizing it to fit your unique business needs. When your profile is set up correctly, SAM can create more personalized content, generate better automations, and deliver an experience tailored to how you work.
Follow this simple guide to set up your profile and get the most from SAM.
🛠️ 1. Open Your Profile Settings
- Click the white circle with your initials in the top-right corner.
- From the dropdown menu, select "Profile".
- Look for the completion bar at the top of the screen - it shows how much you've filled out and how much more there is to go.

- Name
- Address
-Phone number
- Email
- Website
In the additional information section, add key details like your mission statement, core values, or any special services you offer. The more SAM knows, the better it can tailor your messages.
🤝 3. Enter Your Broker Information
- Broker’s name
- License number
- Phone number
- Email address

f relevant, share the broker’s business philosophy or areas of expertise. SAM can weave these into resources like bios, welcome emails, or team introductions.
đź‘Ą 4. Set Up Your Team Members (If Applicable)
If you're on a trial plan, you’ll only have access to your own profile for now. Once you subscribe, you’ll be able to add more team members as needed - in the meantime skip the 'Add Team Member" step and start filling in your own information.
For subscribers with multiple team seats:
- Click the "Add Team Member" button.
- Fill in their name, role, and contact details.
- Assign their Member Voice - this helps SAM match their writing style when generating content.
- Add their service areas (e.g., neighborhoods or property types they specialize in).
- Use the additional information section to include hobbies, fun facts, or client-related notes.
Editing or Deleting Profiles: Need to make changes later? No problem. Just click on the team member's name to edit their details or select "Delete" to remove them permanently.
⚙️ 5. Fine-Tune for Maximum Impact
- Update regularly: Markets change, and so do teams - keep profiles fresh.
- Be cautious with deletions: Deleted profiles can't be recovered.
