Before we dive into the difference in data stored and activated, we need to understand a bit of history of the technology we use each and every day. This all start with a review of the traditional CRMs that most agents are using today. 

These CRMs treat your contacts like cards in a filing cabinet. Why? Well they are designed as a digital solution to the Rolodex in the 1990's by a company you've probably heard of, Salesforce.

This was the epiphany that we ran into when designing SAM. Our team, having built two of the most used real estate CRMs, had a wealth of knowledge on what could be improved... But why didn't the big-box solutions take that advice? Well, we believe it is in part hubris in leadership, lack of clarity of insight into the behavior and needs of the agents using these systems as decision makers get further and further away from the customers, and innovation (from the beginning) being mimicked, rather than dreamed up.

So, our team took a different path, knowing we wanted to add AI into every single piece of the system it could help, we built SAM from the ground-up using AI. This means we saved years of work that would have been needed adapting systems, rewriting literal millions of lines of code in niche programming languages, and were able to infuse intention into every feature that taps into the power of AI to connect, collaborate, and coordinate with itself.

What this means is, every detail you enter, from the first conversation to the final walkthrough, is not just saved. It’s activated.
