Profile > Team Members

Team members are like 'Users' inside SAM. When you create a team member however, we dive a little deeper, gathering details on you, your business, writing style, and  areas of focus within real estate. 

What this does is helps focus SAM to ensure you are generating resources that are not only custom to your business, but also sound like you to aid in the editing and refinement process, before sending them out into the world to help your business grow.

Unlimited Generations

Within real estate we need to have good Systems. Those Systems need to have great resources inside them, and that is where SAM shines! 

The four areas of resource creation inside SAM - we call the, 'C.O.R.E. Strategies Framework' making it easy for you to create resources for (C)onverting leads, business (O)perations, past client (R)etention, and driving a world class client (E)xperience with each interaction both before, during, and after our time working with a client.

With this lens - each time you create a resource inside of SAM you are generating a never-before-seen piece of content that is custom to your business in one of these four areas, focusing your efforts from the very start.

When creating SAM, we made the conscious decision to give Users unlimited access to creating in these areas. This was done to ensure you never get throttled by monthly creation-caps in your pursuit of building your businesses key Systems. We believe - if you have a desire to use and build inside SAM, you should never be dinged for actually working inside the software to do so.

Saved Generations

Save your Generations inside the system to reuse, refine, and benefit from SAM learning how to better assist you with future Resources. The more you use SAM, and save to the Saved Generations section, the better SAM can aid in creating highly-tuned and custom resources for you in the future.

Quests

Oftentimes agents graduate and leave real estate school having learned a LOT... And yet so little about how to build a business that is primed for success. This is why we took three decades of real estate coaching knowledge, helping thousands of agents create the business and life of their dreams, and boiled down the steps to get there.

This concept originated from a childhood favorite MMORPG (massively multiplayer online role-playing game) called RuneScape - where in a Quest system teaches vital game mechanics, new areas of interest, and how to improve your game-play.

With this in mind, the Quest section inside SAM offers guided creation & area specific coaching of where you need to create key business infrastructure inside your own real estate practice. Each Quest series focuses on a specific area of your business that needs to be worked through, from the 'Getting Started Quest' that walks you through the creation of your Ideal Customer Aviator, Brand Voice, Social Media Strategy and other vital pieces to the 'Business Planning & Goal Setting Quest' designed to ensure you set your year up for success before you enter into it.

The secondary value in working through and creating your business infrastructure via the Quests is, while working you are also helping SAM learn more about you and how your business is set up so that the software can create even more highly-tuned resources for you, to aid in your success.

View your business like never before with the Dashboards showcasing holes in your business to fill, generation analytics, areas of opportunity, and your C.O.R.E. Score which helps you see how you stack up against other agents building inside SAM to better understand what to create next.

The Dashboards section showcases your 'C.O.R.E. Score' which breaks down how many resources from each of the Generation sections you have created - working to help you balance your efforts. Valuable insights into your total number of Generations created and Quest Progress, as well as Productivity stats that help you understand how your efforts working inside SAM have helped you save time manually created, which can be reallocated into relationship and business building, or investing in yourself, all of which directly corollate to the amount you take home each year.

Access and view all your Realvolve CRM - Workflows & Templates to easily save or print for safe keeping, on-the-go review, and secondary housing.

SAM will review your Workflow Templates and provide suggestions for improvement through scoring that helps coach you on how to improve your copy to deliver a better message. Enhance, refresh, and customize your Realvolve Workflow Templates within SAM.

It ensures that each communication is tailored specifically to the recipient, enhancing engagement and fostering deeper relationships.

Here's how the Communications Matrix works:

Personalization through Data: SAM collects data on each lead or client, including their preferences, communication habits, and interests (for example, whether they prefer text messages over emails or communication in a specific language). 

As you learn more about your clients and input these details into SAM, the system uses this information to generate highly personalized communications​.

Using Routines: You can set up routines within SAM to automate responses based on specific triggers. 

For example, once a new lead enters the system, a routine can be triggered to send a personalized welcome email or text, crafted based on the preferences and details stored in the Communications Matrix​​.

The Outbox: The outbox feature works alongside the Communications Matrix by automating the creation and proof-read-delivery of personalized messages through the preferred communication channel of the recipient. 

Whether it’s an email, text message, or another format, SAM ensures that the message is sent in the way the recipient prefers and at the optimal time​.

Calendar Integration (Cal): The calendar in SAM helps to schedule communications and tasks. 

For instance, after a client interaction, SAM can automatically schedule a follow-up message or task based on the client's preferences, ensuring timely and relevant communication​.

The system accelerates your ability to engage leads effectively in almost any way you can imagine to build trust and rapport by automating highly personalized and timely communications that feel natural to the recipient, while minimizing the manual effort required, past overseeing task completion and reviewing content by the agent.

Imagine a scenario where an agent needs to follow up with multiple leads and existing clients. ( ...You've never been in this situation before have you?)

The Communications Matrix identifies that one client prefers detailed email updates, while another responds better to quick text messages. SAM automatically writes custom messages for each, then cues them up for review by you before scheduling and sending on your behalf, increasing the likelihood of engagement.

We believe over time, and with advancement in accuracy in AI over the coming years - As you use the Communications Matrix, SAM will learn how to craft better custom messages using your reviews. At some point... perhaps 100 reviewed messages, perhaps 100,000 reviewed messages, you can trust SAM will send a great message on your behalf, and you can choose to manually review messages less often - freeing up addition time as trust in the system is earned.

Contact Database (CRM)

Part of SAM’s power in holding the title, 'the evolution of the CRM' is in its use and storage of Contacts. The Contact Database functions as the central hub for all your client information, not just storing basic details but also using that information to fuel smart automations and personalized content generation. 

Unlike traditional CRMs that primarily serve as digital Rolodexes, SAM’s Contact Database actively assists in building better client relationships and managing workflows based on the data you've worked hard to collect and add into it. The more you learn while working with a contact, the better SAM can aid you in creating tailored and personal content and experiences.

Comprehensive Contact Profiles: SAM collects and stores detailed information on each contact, including communication preferences, personal details (like interests, birthdays, etc.), and business-related data (like transaction history). This information allows you to quickly access any contact’s profile and understand their preferences, enabling better interactions.

Smart Automations Based on Contact Data: The AI leverages the contact data to automatically create personalized content for each client. 

Whether you’re sending an email, scheduling a follow-up, or crafting a specific offer, SAM pulls from the contact database to ensure every communication feels tailored to the individual. This goes beyond just using a name in an email - it includes referencing specific interactions or preferences (e.g., whether they prefer text over email, or specific language preferences)​​.

Segmentation and Targeting: You can segment your database based on any criteria you find relevant, such as location, past interactions, interests, or transaction stage. This makes it easier to create targeted campaigns or automations for specific groups of people. 

For example, you can send personalized check-ins to past clients or specific marketing offers to hot leads, based on the data you’ve collected.

Automated Workflows and Tasks: The CRM integrates with SAM’s automation features, allowing you to trigger  Routines based on specific events or dates. 

For instance, SAM can automatically remind you to reach out to a contact at key moments (e.g., anniversaries of past purchases, birthdays, etc.), ensuring no opportunity for engagement is missed​​.

Seamless Communication with the Outbox: The Outbox feature ties into the CRM to automatically send messages through the recipient’s preferred channels (email, text, etc.). 

It ensures timely communication, and since it’s based on data within the contact’s profile, it can also ensure messages are sent in their preferred format​.

Templates

The Templates in SAM  are either pre-written messages, such as emails, texts, or other content, and are tied directly into the automated Routines which are triggered by specific actions or events.

Pre-Built or Customizable: SAM can generate new templates for you based on your objective for the specific message you are wanting to send, or if you have your own templates already written, you can add them to the system. 

When creating templates, SAM asks for details about the specific situation (e.g., purpose of the message) and then drafts a personalized template in your voice. This ensures the template is tailored specifically to your business needs​​.

Templates are integral to Routines because they define what content is sent when a routine is triggered. 

For example, if a new lead enters your system, a routine can automatically send a welcome email or text using a pre-written template, and timing are fully automated based on your setup, which saves time and keeps interactions consistent​​.

Or you can set an Objective for the message, and SAM can write the content for you to proof before sending on your behalf, saving you time in the creation of content that is dynamically personalized based on the data stored in your CRM. 

Information like the client’s name, preferences, and previous interactions is automatically pulled into the template, ensuring each communication feels personal, even though it’s automated​​.

You can also create and assign templates to specific triggers in SAM’s Routines. For instance, if a lead doesn’t respond after a certain number of days, SAM can trigger a follow-up email using a specific template, or send you a templated remind to send a more personalized message (either written by you or SAM) depending on the situation​​.

Closing Databases

The Closing Database will focus on managing all transaction-related details, from contracts to key deadlines and client preferences during the closing process. 

By leveraging SAM's automation, this database will trigger important tasks like follow-up communications, document requests, and reminders for milestone dates, ensuring a smooth and timely closing experience. This feature will reduce manual tracking and help ensure no important steps are overlooked during the transaction.

SAM users will be able to to create a unique email address specifically for sending lead details directly into the system. When lead information is sent to this email, SAM will automatically import the data into a contact.
