The future of real estate technology will align with the vision SAM already fulfills. Building a platform of this depth and maturity in-house would take years and require relentless, direct user development with working agents.

To accelerate that curve, you have two options:

Option 1: $62M USD - Full acquisition. This includes complete transfer of the Systems Accelerator Manager (SAM) platform, IP, and vendor accounts. Mark and Cody will exit the project.

Option 2: $34M USD - 50% ownership of the Systems Accelerator Manager (SAM) platform - retaining the founders (Mark & Cody Stepp) to continue leading product, vision, and expansion.

Post-acquisition, both Mark and Cody will transition into key leadership roles with agreed-upon compensation and minimum 10-year contract, ensuring continuity, innovation, and rapid scalability.

Cody Stepp is the Marketing and Growth Director and Co-Founder of Workflow Secrets, and creator of Mat Ready Fitness.

Since 2019, Cody has served in various roles within the real estate software industry including customer success, sales, marketing, real estate training, AI and software development.

He's also the creator of the Systems Accelerator Manager (SAM) SaaS, and the defunct Workflow Secrets Dashboards product. Taking a focused approach to addressing a real estate agent's need for strong time management, systems, and calculated automation for efficiency, as well as emerging technologies such as AI to aid in the process development.

Cody has a Bachelors of Arts in Visual Communication and Graphic Design and a Masters of Arts in Integrated Marketing Communications from Drury University. He considers himself a ‘salted granola soul’ claiming the beaches and coral reefs of Florida his home.

Cody is an Eagle Scout, purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under fourth degree black belt Professor J.W. Wright, American Graphic Designer, PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor, DII National Champion Cheerleading Coach, LiveHard & 75Hard Program double-finisher, and enjoys personal development, reading, mindset & mental fortitude training, and personal-travel.

Mark Stepp is the Chief Innovation Officer /Lead Architect of SAM (The Systems Accelerator Manager).

Since 1983, Mark has been Designing, Developing and Engineering software in the real estate, lending, title, escrow and insurance industries.

A recognized industry leader, he hosts online and in person training events and webinars for real estate agents, teams, and brokerages across North America on all aspects of Business, Technology, CRM tools, Listing & Transaction Management, AI, and Workflow Automation Development; and is a featured voice in the AI & real estate keynote speaking space.

Mark is a distinguished alumni of Southwest Baptist University, with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, and resides in Bolivar, Missouri with his wife Kathy, where they successfully raised four children, Savannah, Cody, Jake & Makenzie into adulthood. 

Mark is an Eagle Scout, black belt in TaeKwonDo, the industry leader and pioneer in the fields of computer scientist and AI-native software engineer, an avid astronomer and astrophysics enthusiast, and enjoys all things involving space, planets, stars & time travel.
