Option 2: $34M USD - 49% ownership of the Systems Accelerator Manager (SAM) platform - retaining the founders (Mark & Cody Stepp) to continue leading product, vision, and expansion.
Post-acquisition, both Mark and Cody will transition into key leadership roles with agreed-upon compensation, ensuring continuity, innovation, and rapid scale.
